Challenge:

The Dover Village Apartments fire damaged a single apartment building (5,000 SF) and completed four destroyed apartment units. Four families were left homeless. The immediate goal was to quickly board-up the damaged apartments, cut-off utilities, and re-locate tenants. Secondarily, the goal was to pack-up, move-out, and clean the tenant's valuables and furnishings. Next came damage assessment, architectural services, permitting, and construction - all with the goal to restore the property and return the tenants within sixty (60) days.
